SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of hydrotechnical construction and may be used to create antifiltration protection of waste accumulators bed and reservoirs of various purpose. Method for creation of antifilration screen with geomembrane from polymer material includes preparation of soil foundation, laying of water permeable membrane on it, which consists of polymer material webs tightly attached to each other, arrangement of compensators of geomembrane deformations with butt joint of webs in areas of compensators arrangement and closing of joints at the bottom and top with strips of material, which differs from material of geomembrane, arrangement of protective layer of screen. Prior to installation of polymer material webs onto prepared soil foundation, areas are defined for location of geomembrane deformations compensators, where then polymer material webs are laid in a butt joint without attachment of webs between each other. On surface of soil foundation under each butt joint they previously install protective-insulating pad from impermeable material, above it antifriction pad is laid from material, friction coefficient of which by geomembrane material is lower than coefficient of geomembrane material friction along foundation soil, then the same antifriction pad is laid above butt joint and is covered from top with protective-insulating pad of impermeable material.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for required mobility of compensator without damage of film antifiltration element (geomembrane) with preservation of its tightness.
