SUBSTANCE: invention is related to open mining in reclamation of dumps. Method for formation of self-flattening out dump includes formation of waterproof layer inside dump. At the same time waterproof layer is formed with inclination equal to angle of flattening in process of mine technical reclamation for meadow, plowed field or forest.
EFFECT: formation of self-flattening out dump.
