FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: there is a device for production of heat carrier installed firmly in the centre of dryers in the drying complex for granulated mixtures. The complex consists of round dryers installed in circumferential direction or in its half or in a line in two rows in equal increments. The device is connected with radial or diagonal round heat carriers with each dryer and there is a transverse fan installed at the end of each heat carrier at the entrance to the drier. Each drier has a distributor of the supplied material, drying stages from several pairs of conical sieves with a capability of their rotation and cooling stages of similar structure placed below the drying ones in the same body of the dryer. The drier bottom is conic and there is a connecting branch installed in the centre with a flap and a tanker of the discharge conveyor in alignment with it and that can rotate horizontally at 30°-50°. There is a ventilated tanker installed near each drier that has a discharging pneumatic noria the same as for the dryer.

EFFECT: improved performance, drying quality and enhanced functionality of the complex.
