FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vibrators are rigidly secured to sieves from beneath and are periodically activated at preset frequency and periodicity; round rod with nozzles for compressed air outlet is installed below vibrators; said rod performs lengthwise travels along sieve. Air is supplied in a pulse mode in intervals between operation of the vibrators. Also there are installed actuating mechanisms and there are assembled a control system and on-board computer with control program for vibrators and pneumatic rod operation under a specified mode. The facility consists of electro-magnetic vibrators mounted beneath the sieve at equal step and overlapping zone of effecting; the round rod with nozzles is installed below the vibrators; the round rod performs lengthwise travels by means of a screw and hydraulic or electric engine The nozzles are arranged in two parallel rows at equal step and turned to different directions relative to each other forming right angle between them. The actuating mechanisms united into the facility control system are installed on the machine; operation of the control system is programmed in the on-board computer.

EFFECT: upgraded quality of cleaning, reduced inertia load, and expanded process functionality.
