FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: when manufacturing fuel element, dispersion composition is obtained by putting the certain part of matrix material to the cover; matrix is molten, and the missing part of fissible material particles is simultaneously supplied to molten matrix material mirror at simultaneous vibration. Magnesium or alloy of silicon, nickel and aluminium, is used as matrix material. As fissible material, there used is the following: uranium oxide, uranium carbide, uranium nitride, plutonium oxide, plutonium carbide, plutonium nitride.
EFFECT: improvement of method.
