FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electrical two-layer tip made by means of the cutting and forming method which serves after embedding of the wire in crimp-type blades for transferring electrical energy between elements of electric equipment, which is performed through contact section of the tip and with outputs of electric equipment elements on threaded connection, includes current-carrying layer with high electrical conductivity of decreased thickness with embedding zone through wire strand and steel strengthening layer for the main wire embedding. Layers are fixed to each other with glue in the zone of flat contact part of the tip on one or both sides, which is not subject to deformation during wire crimping. External strengthening layer crimps the blades of electrically conducting layer with wire strand, as well as crimps insulation wire.
EFFECT: effective design with high electrical conductivity and mechanical strength, providing maximum operating convenience, operating reliability.
