FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: in a device for diagnosing torque retention loss of a threaded contact connection with a current-conducting ferrule, having a base and an indicator thermobimetallic plate with active and passive layers, one end of which is engaged with a latch and interacts through thermal and mechanical contact with the contact connection, the base is made from thermobimetallic sheet material in form of a nut for threaded connection with lobe. The lobe lies along the current-conducting ferrule and adjoins its edge and is fastened thereto by a collar which encircles the ferrule. One of the components of the indicator thermobimetallic plate/latch pair is in form of a strip cutting in the base, with the passive layer outside, and the other is in form of a continuation of the lobe, which forms a base, arched within plastic deformation.

EFFECT: design of a high-technology device for diagnosing torque retention loss of a threaded contact connection in terms of manufacturability and maintenance, which provides high resistance to vibration and impact loads.
