FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: section of sowing machine comprises seed channel and disk knife in the form of flat ring with cutting edge at external diametre. Knife is equipped with furrower in the form of hollow truncated cones oppositely installed with their larger bases and coupled with flanges in the form of hollow cylinders. Diametre of furrower flat ring makes 340-400 mm, diametre of larger bases of truncated cones - 300-360 mm, diametre of small bases of cones - 180-220 mm. Distance between small bases of cones makes 55-60 mm. Seed channel is installed as coupled with external diametre of flat ring at the level of soil surface and has rounding in bottom part. Downstream seed channel there is a rolling compactor arranged in the form of truncated cones oppositely installed with smaller bases. Diametre of rolling compactor larger bases makes 200-250 mm, and smaller bases - 110-120 mm. Width of rolling compactor is 90-100 mm. Distance from rolling compactor to axis of furrower makes 300-350 mm. Furrower is connected to frame with the help of carriers and has stand for fixation of sowing device with seed channel. To control force of furrower deepening in soil, there is a compression spring. Rolling compactor is connected to hub of furrower by carriers, and required compaction and closing of furrow is provided with compression spring.

EFFECT: such structural design makes it possible to improve quality of furrows formed in process of sowing, to reduce traction resistance, to decrease size of protective one for further inter-row treatment of soil.
