FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to devices for pelleting and can be used in chemical, building, agricultural, food and other branches of industry. Press-pelleting consists of a case, a perforated cylinder matrix, two pressing rollers and of at least one drive. Pressing rollers are equipped with a mechanism for adjusting a gap between the matrix and rollers. Each drive of rotation is installed on a foundation behind the main shaft. The drive is connected with the shaft by means of two-step gear via an intermediary shaft using multiribbed belts. One-arm and two-arm levers are used for adjusting the gap; also the levers are connected with their one arm by means of a rod. The rod has differently directed threads and two threaded ears. The second arm of the two-arm lever is connected with a fixed axis by means of two rods with differently directed threads and a threaded bushing.

EFFECT: decreased dimensions, upgraded safety of operation and assembly of device, reliability of operation, raised efficiency, reduced losses of material and improved quality of finished product.
