FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a support plate 1, located from driven side of the roll stand, support roller 5, lifting gear of support plate with lifting support rollers 6 and 7 at both sides of the roll stand. The support plate 1 is made with handle 4 for rolling-off the support plate with roll assembly 2 and stop for interaction with the support roller 5; lifting gear of the support plate is in form of two pinned similar L-shape levers 8 and 9; at that the support rollers 6 and 7 are installed in two directions arms of the specified levers directed towards the support plate, and two other arms are connected by means of the traction rod 14 with length regulation. The drive of the lifting gear of the support plate 1 includes the stop 13 installed on bedplate of the roll stand, and screw 12 with spherical surface head installed in arm of L-shape lever 9 with possibility of interaction between the spherical surface and stop 13.

EFFECT: decreasing time of reloading due to design simplification, increasing of its reliability and easy operation.
