FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing completely deuterated C5+ aliphatic hydrocarbons, involving reacting carbon oxide and deuterium at temperature from 200 to 350°C and pressure 0.1 to 5 MPa, where carbon oxide and deuterium are taken in molar ratio 1: (0.5-2), in the presence of a catalyst based on group VIII transition metals, pre-reduced in a deuterium current at temperature ranging from 250 to 600°C for 0.5 to 20 hours, where bulk speed of supplying the mixture of carbon oxide and deuterium ranges from 50 to 10000 h-1.
EFFECT: obtaining completely deuterated hydrocarbons, with high resistance to oxidation.
