FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: composition is described for bioprotective coating wood, which contains organosilicon lacquer based on polymethylphenylsiloxane or polydimethylphenylsiloxane in amount of 1.5 to 10.0 wt % in terms of dry residue, polyphenylsiloxane or polymethylphenylsiloxane resin or tetraethoxysilane or ethylsilicate in amount of 3.0 to 24.0 wt % in terms of dry residue, a copolymer based on butylmethacrylate and methacrylic acid or its ether in amount of 5.0 to 10.0 wt % and organic solvent - the rest.
EFFECT: method increases water resistance and biostability of wood and wooden materials.
