FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measurement systems for geophysical explorations, is designed for monitoring technical condition of oil, gas and blow wells using visual inspection. The device contains ground equipment including personal computer, logging cable connecting ground equipment with well-logging tool where video camera, lighthead, video data processing unit, data receive-transmit unit are placed. In this case the well-logging tool has central processor, buffer random-access memory, electrically-erasable reprogrammable memory and interface for communication with personal computer additionally introduced in it, and ground equipment has communication interface control unit introduced in it. Method for exploration of oil and gas wells is suggested.
EFFECT: exploration in dynamics and statics of processes taking place in well, increase in information richness of visual data on well.
