FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining and smelting industry and may be used in development of solid minerals deposits, containing metal and non-metal components with application of accelerated leaching methods. Extraction elements, within the limits of production unit, are identified by combination of main indices of mineral quality, which predetermine their leachability and methods of leaching complying with indices. Mineral preparation of conditioned mineral mass is carried out gradually and separately in its technological types, subtypes and grades, both in process of excavation and loading and in process of pre-concentration mineral preparation, in special section of mobile aggregate. Aggregate consists of head section - buffer-accumulating section, which comprises receiving device and accumulating chamber, mineral-preparation section, including vibration-sectional screen - classifier, main and reserve crushers for fine crushing of mineral mass and mill of lighter type, section of concentration with accelerated leaching, which includes parallel technological lines.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to realise required method of leaching, with production of mineral solution, and also to provide for extraction of components from mineral solution with production of finished mineral produce or semi-finished products of concentrate type.
