SUBSTANCE: invention relates to distribution systems for controlling and planning efficient allocation of resources (energy, goods etc), and is meant for accounting for resources coming in and out of a system, planning and controlling their movement in the system. The system for efficient allocation of resources has, in the unit for inputting tasks for the system at the initial time instant, a device for managing efficient assignment and analysis of allocation of resources according to given conditions, a cell for criterion evaluation of analysis of efficient allocation of resources, a cell for setting the planned value of executed work, a cell for recording the actual value of executed work, a cell for recording value of executed work, value for efficient allocation of resources of the technical input, a cell for efficient allocation of work, a cell for efficient allocation of resources of organisational component, and in the unit for inputting tasks for the system at the second time instant - a cell for setting the planned value of executed work, a cell for recording actual value of executed work, a unit for allocating resources during execution of work, a cell for recording work supported by the resources, unit for checking for exhaustion of resources.
EFFECT: wider functional capabilities, lying in allocation of resources taking into account allocation of resources during execution of work.
