FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for automated control of labour resources based on simulation modelling. Method comprises generating records on labour resources and tasks in databases, generating a query and searching for data in a database on planned activities associated with production and consumption of labour resources, in a database of labour resources, in a database of objects using labour resources, transmission to a knowledge base of a fact of a negative search result of data for searching a rule to form a new search request in said databases, wherein the new request is generated until the requested data are detected, as well as the labour resources and tasks statistics processing operations, determining composition of random values for simulation modelling, identifying random distribution laws, estimating complexity of tasks, estimating efficiency of labour resources for each resource, generating various versions of the labour distribution plan, simulating each of the generated versions of the labour distribution plan, generating recommendations for selecting the best labour distribution plan.

EFFECT: technical result consists in labour resources automation.
