FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for reposition of intraocular lens (IOL) in case of its shifting together with capsular sac with complete safety of capsular sac walls. After carrying out corneal paracenteses and formation of scleral-conjunctival flap visco-elastic is introduced into front chamber. Separation of capsular sac from front surface of IOL is carried out. Between lens and capsule toward equator of capsular sac intracapsular implant made from biologically inert material is implanted. Implant has form of unlocked ring with openings on ends, one of which is spirally bent inward. Before implant introduction thread with curves needle is fixed to opening on its internal end. Implant is introduced between lens body and capsule toward capsular sac equator in such way that spirally bent end of implant is projected on center of connective apparatus defect. After preliminary thread tension and IOL centering, fixation of thread to sclera is carried out in place of ciliary fissure and, accordingly, middle of lens connective apparatus defect projection.
EFFECT: elimination of necessary of IOL replacement and possibility of dosed centering IOL together with capsular sac, reduction of tissue traumatization degreet and reduction of probability of inflammatory response development with reduction of operation time.
