FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation process, particularly to structure of devices for blanks yielding at press, and can be used in industry for manufacturing of forgings, allowing ratio of length to diametre from 3 and more and also for definition of physical-mechanical properties of materials. On top part of collet bush it is inserted ring for formation with casing of movable kinematic pair. External surface of sections of collet bush is implemented as conical. On collet bush it is installed by clearance fit iron ring with bottom internal conical surface. Between ring and charger it is installed resilient member. Bearing is inserted in cylindrical casing. For fixation of puncheon to collet bush in initial position relative to blank on bearing it is installed compression spring. In bottom part of puncheon in radial direction it is inserted pin. On external surface of collet bush it is implemented long key groove.
EFFECT: there is provided process of yielding of blank up to higher degree of plastic deformation in production conditions.
