FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, particularly to composition devices for receiving of shots and granules from heat-resistant alloys on the basis of nickel. Installation contains working chamber, filled by inert gas, arc plasmatron for melting of rotating blank and compressors with pipelines for continuous evacuation of inert gas from working chamber and its feeding into plasmatron. In the capacity of compressors there are installed vacuum membrane pumps, and pipelines are outfitted by valves. Additionally device is implemented with ability of preliminary air exhaust from working chamber, filling it by inert gas and following continuous evacuation of gas from chamber and feeding it into plasmatron.
EFFECT: reduction of costs for manufacturing and operation of installation ensured by simplification design.
