FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to production of titanium shots. End of cylindrical titanium blank spinning about horizontal axis is fused by plasmatron plasma jet to provoke rotary spray of fused shot parts in spraying chamber to be hardened in working gas medium. Shots are collected from spraying chamber via intake pipe into intake bin. Working gas mix is directed from spraying chamber into heat exchanger and, further, into the filter and the compressor. Then, said mix is forced into receiver and cooler to get cooled working gas mix to be fed into intake bin and, via intake pipe, as upward flow towards titanium shot fused particles into spraying chamber to shots to be cooled down. Invention discloses also the process implementation device.

EFFECT: lower temperature in spraying chamber, higher shots cooling rate, better heat removal from inner surfaces of intake pipe and chamber.
