SUBSTANCE: proposed suspension comprises rod with collars linked up, on its one side, with reduction gear bracket and, on its other side, with bogie frame crosswise beam via support plate and flexible elements. One-piece support plate accommodates built-up ring with taper surface mated with support plate inner taper surface. Rings parts are cast or made up of rings produced by cutting round blank with OD allowance, said cur rings being processed as a single annular element to ensure minimum possible clearance between ring elements.
EFFECT: higher reliability and longer life.
