FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: undercar generator drive reduction gear suspension comprises bar 1 made integral with collars 2 on its ends, elastic elements 5, upper 6 and lower 4 support plates and anti-dust collar 14. Lower support plate 4 is made integral with hole, diameter of which exceeds diameter of collar 2, and is equipped with two inserts 10, located diametrically opposite relative to bar 1. On the outer side of each insert 10 there is an arc-shaped projection in the cross section, intended for placement in annular recess 9 formed in the wall of the hole of lower support plate 4. Outside inserts 10 there are semi-annular grooves intended for connection with the lower edge part of anti-dust collar 14.
EFFECT: reliability of the suspension is increased, and the labour intensity of its manufacture, assembly and disassembly is significantly reduced.
