FIELD: load handling devices.

SUBSTANCE: proposed gripper-turner comprises C-like casing (1) with shaped slot (5) extending from casing center to its lug (2). It has also first and second fixed recesses (6) and (7) arranged on its ends, third fixed recess (8) arranged nearby first recess (6), and one or several additional fixed recesses (9, 10) located at the slot center. Pin (11) of clevis (4) seats in slot (5) and can get into any of aforesaid recesses. Lug (2) has eccentric clamp (12) pivoted thereto. Said clamp is furnished with two tie rods (13 and 14) with hooks (15) on its end to interact with aforesaid pin. Casing has paired stops (16) that make guides for tie rods (13 and 14). First and second fixed recesses (6 and 7) are used in transfer of gripper-turner without cargo and to released cargo from lamping. Third fixed recess (8) and additional recesses (9 and 10) are used to clamp, transfer and turn over the cargo.
