FIELD: oil-and-gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention related to rock destruction tool, used for well boring in reservoirs with high gas content, when boring process accompanied with micro discharges. Bit feature is in that it equipped with several additional canals, equipped with ball plugs and located symmetrically relatively to locker longitude axis, also bit executed with at least two cleaning canals, located symmetrically relatively to case longitude axis, as well in a back part of case bottom pockets for bal valves executed, which installed in additional canals top part. Other bit feature is locker execution with several radial fixed pins, and case - with circular bore on its internal surface, inside of each elastic element installed, in a way that outside ends of radial pins installed inside case circular bore between its top end and elastic element.

EFFECT: bit operation safety and efficiency increase due to not consuming time for bore cleaning out of sludge, boring string consists of case with cleaning canals inside the case cavity, and installed, by the use of vertically fixed pin, locker with blades.
