HEAT TRANSFER SYSTEM AND METHOD ENSURING OPERATION OF THAT SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC F24D3/02

Abstract RU 2376529 C1

FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat transfer systems. Heat transfer system includes heat source, heat load, heat exchanger for transferring heat from heat source to heat load; at that, heat exchanger includes primary branch with inlet and outlet and secondary branch with inlet and outlet, temperature sensors located with possibility of temperature measurement of all inlets and outlets of heat exchanger, and monitoring means of thermal efficiency of heat exchanger, which are made with possibility of calculating thermal efficiency on the basis of measured temperatures. At that, heat transfer system is made so that it can determine change of thermal efficiency of heat exchanger by measuring thermal efficiency at that first time point and at that second time point, as well as it can predict, by using measured thermal efficiency values, the point when heat exchanger will reach the specified thermal efficiency; at that, the specified thermal efficiency is determined on the basis of current thermal efficiency of heat exchanger and heat exchanger return temperature. Method ensuring operation of heat transfer system is described as well.

EFFECT: providing reliability and effectiveness of domestic and industrial heat transfer systems.
