FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: mini district heating plant comprises working medium closed circuit consisting of a heat exchanger, a turbine, a capacitor and a circulating pump, at that to the heat exchanger is coupled to a hydraulic heat accumulator equipped with tubular electric heater (TEH), in-line heater and two heat exchangers, one the latter is coupled through an eclectic valve to the mains system while the second is coupled to a source of thermal energy, for example, to outlet of a boiler operated with any kind of fuel or a pipe for discharge of process waste heat. Depending on the time valid for chip night tariff the unit of automatics switches on one TEH for the purpose of heat accumulator charging with heat energy. Its discharge with electric energy production takes place during day time.

EFFECT: invention allows balancing of load schedule in the electric mains.
