FIELD: heating systems, drying.
SUBSTANCE: carbon dioxide liquefying method involves its compression in two-stage compressor and pump compression, moisture separation, drying and cooling. Liquefaction and supercooling of carbon dioxide leaving the second stage of compressor is performed in double-section condenser-supercooler due to cold of low pressure liquid ammonia supplied to the left section of condenser-supercooler, and due to heat consumed for gasification of carbon dioxide in the right section of condenser-supercooler, to which liquid low-temperature carbon dioxide is pumped from liquid nitrogen tank under pressure of 15 MPa.
EFFECT: reducing energy consumption for carbon dioxide liquefaction.
