SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of ammonia and methanol from natural gas and air and can be used in enterprises of the gas chemical industry. Natural gas is purified by catalytic hydrotreating and chemical adsorption of hydrogen sulfide, heated, subjected to primary and secondary reforming followed by conversion of carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide. The resulting synthesis gas is purified from carbon dioxide, methanation, adsorption drying and low-temperature rectification of synthesis gas are carried out, ammonia is synthesized to form hydrogen-containing blowdowns. The heating of technological media is carried out by cooling the flue gases of the primary reforming furnace, which are selectively cleaned from nitrogen oxides, while low and high pressure flows are formed with hydrogen-containing blows, low pressure blows are used as fuel for In primary reforming, high-pressure blowdowns are divided into three parts and directed to: catalytic hydrotreating of natural gas, mixing with synthesis gas before drying, a methanol synthesis unit using part of carbon dioxide compressed to the pressure of the third part of hydrogen-containing blowdowns. Carbon dioxide and hydrogen-containing blow-offs are heated and sent to a methanol synthesis reactor, the reaction mixture is cooled and separated into a liquid phase and a recycled gas phase, while part of the gas and liquid phases in the form of purge gas and raw methanol is fed for fractionation to obtain pure methanol, process water, and blow-off gas, the water treatment unit is supplemented with a system desalination of the source water.

EFFECT: technical result is the use of the material resources of ammonia production to obtain the demanded products of the third conversion of natural gas - methanol, optimization of methanol production, reduction of the anthropogenic impact of production on the environment, adaptation adaptation of production to harsh environmental conditions.
