FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: rail plate (1) combines measuring module and rail attachment element. Inside solid construction of rail plate there are force receiving elements-concentrators of stress with bonded resistance strain gauges and temperature compensators connected as per bridge circuit. Rail plate converts mechanical force applied with wheel (5) to rail (3) to proportional electric signal.
EFFECT: simplifying design of weighs owing to their modular construction and excluding intermediate force transmitting elements, providing easy installation of weighs and their maintenance and improving weighing accuracy.
