SUBSTANCE: according to the method of authenticating an interactive data carrier, the first content is stored on an interactive data carrier for playback using a playback system. The method includes steps on which a first request is sent to a content server for accessing the second content on the content server by providing the first authentication data; and receiving a response from the content server based on the first authentication data provided by the playback system, and the number of the logic sector from the content server for the playback system, so as to provide additional authentication data. The first authentication data are recorded on the interactive data carrier, and the number of the logic sector is generated by the content server based on the first authentication data provided by the playback system.
