SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for setting up playback medium for recording medium in enhanced navigation (ENAV) format. At the first stage availability of additional content related to audio/video data recorded on the recording medium in ENAV format is determined based on the initial data. At the next stage additional content is loaded into a temporary storage area. At the next stage audio/video data and additional content data loaded into the temporary storage area in accordance with the initial data are played back.
