FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to coffee substitutes production technology, namely to technology of manufacturing instant powder for flavoured coffee beverages. Method provides for extraction of red tea by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, girasol/sunflower preparation and cutting, its drying in microwave field till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of girasols/sunflowers inside the bits till temperature of 80-90°C during at least an hour. It is followed by frying girasols/sunflowers, barley, oat and rye grains, putting putting them into cryomiller in mass ratio 3:6:3:8 and mixing the ingredients. Obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost till pressure level of nitrogen saturated vapours at impregnation temperature and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method allows to produce new flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
