SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a technology of production of substitutes for coffee, namely instant powder of flavoured coffee drink. The method provides preparation of prescription components, extraction of coriander with liquid nitrogen with separation of the relevant miscella, cutting girasol-sunflower, drying in the microwave field at the given parametres of the process and frying of girasol-sunflower, frying the grains of barley, oats and rye, mixing of girasol-sunflower, grains of barley, oats, and rye, soaking the obtained mixture with separated miscella with simultaneous increase of pressure, and release of pressure up to atmospheric with simultaneous freezing the mixture and its cryomilling in medium of the evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain new flavoured coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials using non-waste technology.
