SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method of thermally stabile chocolate or chocolate-like confectionary products where (i) chocolate or chocolate-like confectionary mass is mixed with emulsion like water in oil or (ii) chocolate or chocolate-like confectionary mass with increased water content is formed with following microwave processed before, during and/or cooling. Invention also relates to products which are produced using mentioned method.
EFFECT: thermal stability exhibit instantly and obtained product can be thermally processed up till 40°C or 50°C without deformation.
