SUBSTANCE: preparation of anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial action for external application in form of ointment is characterised by the fact that it contains 1,2-propylene glycol, polyvinyl pyrrolidon, Novocain, ascorbic acid, sulfadimezin, oxytetracyclin and water-free sodium caffeine-benzoate, with the following component ratio: 1,2-propylene glycol 6.5 l; polyvinyl pyrrolidon 280 g; Novocain 60 g; ascorbic acid 6-7 g; sulfadimezin 140 g; levomicetin 280 g; oxytetracyclin 310 g; and water-free sodium caffeine-benzoate 138 ± 3 g in terms per 1 l of solution.
EFFECT: preparation is used for treatment and prevention of superficial and deep necrotic suppurative skin affections of all degrees, weeping and dry skin eczemas of infectious and non-infectious etiology, fungal skin affections, bed sores, callosities, pressure sores, skin wounds and fissures, necrotic suppurative and inflammatory processes of extremities.
