FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: preparation has medicinal polyvinylpyrrolidone, synthetic high-molecular polyethylene oxide, anesthetic agent (novocaine, levomycetin), tetracycline antibiotic and erythtromycin-base, dimexide as solvent complexed to hydrophilic-adsorption composition at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: polyvinylpyrrolidone 2-6; polyethylene oxide 10-20; novocaine or other anesthetic agent 0.5-1.5; levomycetin 2-6; hydroxytetracycline or other tetracycline antibiotic 1-3; erythromycin-base 2-6, and dimexide up to 100. Preparation is prepared in reactor by the successive components dissolving in hot dimexide: polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene oxide, anesthetic agent, levomycetin, tetracycline hydrochloride (or other tetracycline antibiotic), erythtromycin-base.
