FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasive processing and can be used for regular care of hard surfaces. Proposed device comprises flexible pad made from exposed, high, volumetric nonwoven material consisting of multiple fibers interjointed at their contact points. Pad active processing surface comprises abrasive particles adhered thereto. Aforesaid pad features first part wherein abrasive particles have first concentration and second part with lower concentration of said abrasive particles. Said abrasive particles incorporate diamond particles, while the pad features standard sizes suitable for existing grinding machines. Proposed invention covers also floor processing machine incorporating above described device and method of its fabrication.
EFFECT: higher surface quality.
