Toilet device intended for defecation of user in natural pose above ordinary toilet including toilet bowl, comprises the following components: platform having sections for feet, and also hole arranged with the possibility of matching with toilet bowl. Besides device has urinal to serve squatting user. Besides urinal includes front and side walls. At the same time urinal is attached to platform with the possibility of rotation to platform. Walls of urinal are made of elastic material fixed to flushing tube. Besides urinal has dimensions suitable for its location between user legs so that it may be opened and adjusted to approach it to user urethra when he or she squats.
