SUBSTANCE: device for maintaining the upper part of body for toilets, installed in the required position next to the toilet bowl in the toilet room, to keep the upper part of body of the user sitting on the toilet bowl, includes a bearing board for support on it with hands of the user, a horizontal bar, which provides the direction along which the bearing board can be moved sliding relative to the horizontal bar, a hinged node for maintaining the first end of the horizontal bar can with an ability to rotate the horizontal bar around its first end up or down within the rotating angle of 90°, and a vertical column to maintain the hinged node and placing the drive in it, made with an ability to rotate the hinged node to the left or to the right or moving the hinged node up or down under user's control.
