FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inertial storage system and conversion of energy and can be used for driving of different machines, vehicles etc. According to method by means of source of mechanical oscillations it is created alternating moment of rotation and it is applied to working link implemented with ability of unidirectional rotation. In the capacity of vibration source it is used inertial vibrator which is installed axial on working link. Power plant contains electric generator (21), control unit and power drive including basis (1) on which it is implemented the first unit, implemented with ability of unidirectional rotation and containing guide link for passing of working moment and motor (6) with ability of free rotation not less than one element with unbalanced mass on axis, located on the first unit axially to rotation of guide link. Kinematic chain between rotating link and final, guide link contains the second unit implemented with ability of passing of working moment.

EFFECT: invention provides removing of negative feedback of interaction of mechanical load on motor, expansion of range of application in the capacity of drive of different devices.
