FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of the rotation power drives, in particular to the inertia systems of energy accumulation and conversion, and can be used, for example, to drive vehicles And machines. The rotation power drive includes base, rotor with possibility of rotation, torsion oscillations generator and torsion oscillation converter that contains at least one torsion oscillation generator installed on the platform with possibility of rotation, torsion oscillations converter and motor made on the rotor, at that motor is intended for self-contained drive of the torsion oscillations generator, and as minimum one torsion oscillations converter is made as intermediate kinematic link between the platform and rotor with possibility of interaction from one side with the platform, and from the another side with the rotor, and is intended to transmit to the rotor of the unidirectional moment from the generator, at that axis of rotation of the platform is made on the rotor and is located off-line with the axis of rotation of the rotor that is made on the base.
EFFECT: possibility to increase rotation speed of the work link (rotor) of the rotation power drive.
