FIELD: heating systems, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying procedure of disperse high-moisture materials and can be used in food, chemical and other industries. Convection drier includes vertical shaft of rectangular section with loading silo and unloading device, which consists of sections with inclined perforated flanges, which are isolated from each other as to drying agent and installed one above the other and comprising zigzag-shaped channel for moving dried material from loading silo to unloading device. At that, each section includes supply and discharge drying agent headers. Each flange represents a frame on which a perforated grid is fixed thus forming an opening in its lower part throughout the width for unloading dried material from the above located flange to below located one; in each section under the opening in the flange there made are openings so that dried material can be charged to upper part of below located flange; the last flange is installed in unloading device zone and made without material unloading opening; lower edge of each frame is connected to internal shaft wall with a hinge located in attachment points of sections, and upper edge of frame is brought into vibratory movement in vertical plane by means of vibratory drive installed on external side of each section; at that, flange vibration is performed relative to the hinge along guides.
