FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention concerns a pharmaceutical multilayered tablet with controlled release representing a three-layer tablet. The specified tablet contains one layer of the first type and two layers of the second type. The layer of the first type contains a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient forming a matrix, and an active ingredient with solubility, highly depending on pH. The layer of the second type contains a pharmaceutically acceptable, pH-supporting excipient, and an excipient forming a matrix. The specified two layers of the second type are identical or are not identical.
EFFECT: new dosage form according to the invention allows for constant micro-pH and delivery of the active ingredient with lowered dependence on pH of the environment.
