FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction road engineering materials, which contain organic binder, and may be used to prepare asphaltic concrete mixtures used with observance of stringent requirements to durability and water resistance of produced asphaltic concrete carpets. Invention is related to method of asphaltic concrete mixture production, which includes preparation of granulated asphaltic binder, containing mineral powder and bitumen, and further introduction of granulated asphaltic binder into heated coarsely dispersed mineral part of mixture, mixing and granulation. Bitumen, being previously heated up to temperature of 140-180°C is sprayed down to particle size of 60-100 mcm with their further cooling down to temperature of 40-50°C, then produced hard particles of bitumen are mixed with inertial filler - mineral powder at the ratio of filler-bitumen from 1:3 to 1:6 and granulated by compaction in perforated cellular devices in layer of mineral powder.
EFFECT: durability and water resistance of produced asphaltic concrete carpets.
