FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction materials, used in low-rise construction to erect walls of buildings, structures, and also to make construction products, for instance blocks. Raw mix for warm cement-free concrete inclides the following components, wt %: clay - 51.8-52.2, sand - 26.1-30.2, crushed fibrous filler - 2.3-2.6, gypsum binder - 4.3-6.5, moderator of gypsum binder setting ground down to 0.5-1.0 mm - 0.65-0.86, synthetic glue - acrylic or polyvinyl acetate, or latex, or natural - bone or casein - 0.11-2.44, water - the rest. Fibrous filler is crushed down to 1-200 mm. As fibrous filler, cane or boon, or straw is used, or wastes of woodworking or tyre, or light industry, as gypsum binder - construction gypsum or phosphogypsum binder, as setting moderator - hydrate lime or table salt, or natural glue - bone or casein.
EFFECT: increased strength and moisture resistance of products made of raw mix.
