FIELD: preparation of building mixes from industrial wastes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed building mix includes binder on base of calcium sulfate, setting accelerator, plasticizing agent, filler and water; used as binder is ground acid sulfate of hydrogen fluoride process activated and neutralized by 10-98-% sulfuric acid no more than 16 parts by weight (in terms of 100-% sulfuric acid) and ground carbide mud, 5.0-40.0 parts by weight (in terms of dry mass) per 100 parts by weight of waste; used as setting accelerator is dried mixture of treated electrolytes of acid and alkaline cells; used as plasticizing agent is sulfanole; ground ash slag of thermal power plant is used as filler at the following ratio of components, parts by weight: acid sulfate which is calcium waste, 18-85; setting accelerator, 1.0-2.0; plasticizing agent, 0.0-0.1; ground ash slag of thermal power plants, 5.0-50.0; water, 14.0-50.0. Mix may contain chopped film or cut fibers of synthetic polymer in the amount not exceeding 30.0 parts by weight. Method of preparation of building mix includes smooth mixing of metered amount of binder on base of calcium sulfate, setting accelerator, plasticizing agent, filler and water in rotary batch-operated mixer. Ground acid sulfate which is calcium waste of hydrogen fluoride process is poured into working mixer and sulfuric acid is added at mixing; then, carbide mud and water are introduced into mixture. Then, ground ash slag of thermal power plants, dried mixture of treated electrolytes of acid and alkaline batteries and sulfanole are introduced into suspension in succession and mixture is subjected to homogenization.

EFFECT: low cost of building mix; saving of natural mineral materials; enhanced ecological safety.
