FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process engineering. Proposed line comprises automated process control system to control line equipment, heated warehouses for clay, lime, dolomite mixes and additives improving ceramic product properties. Note here that excavators and vehicles transfer clay mix from pit to heated warehouse. Note also that every above listed mix is transferred from warehouse to its process line that comprises 150 to 200°C drier, ball mill, process hopper, proportioner, kiln, gas channel allowing formation of hot gas flows fed from gas generator. Note here that clay mix processing line comprises hearth drier mounted ahead of normal drier to heat and loose lumps in clay mix. Vortex-type gas mixer is arranged behind gas channels. Ceramic separation filter is mounted at the outlet of aforesaid mixer to separate homogeneous ceramic mix from hot gases and feed it to mould and gas feed separator-regulator designed to transfer hot gas from ceramic filter to the following components, i.e. heated warehouses, hearth driery, driers, ball mills and kilns. Mould, press, plasma engobe depositor, roll table and stacker are mounted behind the separation ceramic filter.

EFFECT: reduced metal input, electric power consumption and process interval.
