FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a composite humin fertiliser of solid combustible minerals. The method includes usage of powdered coals containing humic acids with a solid and a liquid additives containing alkali elements compounds; the solid additive is added to pulverised coal while the liquid additive is introduced in the course of the mixing process by way of uniform spraying; the liquid additive is represented by an aqueous solution of sodium and/or potassium orthophosphates and/or sodium and/or potassium pyrophosphates, while the solid additive is represented by sodium and/or potassium orthophosphates and/or sodium and/or potassium pyrophosphates. The component parts of the solid additive are added to coal at a w/w ratio of 0.3-1:1. Into the solid additive one may additionally introduce sodium and/or potassium hydroxide, the latter's w/w ratio to orthophosphates and/or pyrophosphates and coal being accordingly 0.05 - 0.1 : 0.2 - 0.3 : 1. The liquid additive is represented by a 10 - 30% aqueous solution of sodium and/or potassium orthophosphates and/or sodium and/or potassium pyrophosphates, its w/w ratio to coal being 0.1 - 0.2 : 1. Into the liquid additive one may additionally introduce Cu, Zn, Mo, Mn, Co, and/or B microelement sals in an amount of 0.1 - 1% of the additive total weight.

EFFECT: reduced energy efficiency of humin fertiliser production, improvement of the consumer qualities and properties of the product specified.
