SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-and-gas industry, particularly to devices designed to control the state of operating gas or oil wells. Proposed device comprises controlled power supply, microprocessor incorporating ADC and DAC, pickup signal switch, permanent memory, radio modem, and vernier unit with its one input connected to switch output and output connected to DAC out, and its other input connected to the input of the other DAC. Note here that microprocessor serves to allow single transmission of parametres as SMS-messages via both main telephone line and additional line.

EFFECT: comprehensive control and accurate measurements of hard-to-access well parametres.
