FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Radiochannel cardiomonitoring and emergency prevention system includes a wearable display, an audio warning unit, a keypad and a radio modem of the megahertz range, and a wearable telemetry device. Microcontroller for electrocardiogram (ECG) measuring unit, a gigahertz radio modem, a standard headset support unit, a nonvolatile memory and a battery control and monitoring unit, and a mobility meter based on a 3D accelerometer whose output is connected to the corresponding input of a microcontroller are connected to the microcontroller of the wearable device. Center for monitoring the condition of patients on the basis of a computer network includes a server and associated administrator workstations, ECG view units, consoles of the treating physicians and a radio modem of the megahertz range. Microcontroller of the wearable device is made with additional inputs and outputs, to which a radio modem of the megahertz range, a display, an acoustic notification unit and a keyboard are connected. Radio modem of the gigahertz range was introduced into the state monitoring center of patients. Server is implemented with an additional input / output, which is connected to the output / input of the radio modem of the gigahertz range. Display, the sound block and the keypad are located in the case of a wearable telemetry device. Radio modems of the megahertz band are made in accordance with the Frequency Hopping and LBT technologies ("listening to the air before transmission").
EFFECT: it is possible to increase the likelihood of reliable and timely detection and prevention of aggravation of the condition of the cardiac patient and reduce the likelihood of false alarms while reducing energy consumption, which increases the battery life in the worn part of the system.
